Meet Meta
Meta has been in love with the theater since she was a child. Starting off as a student, she now has gathered more than 20+ years of experience dancing, choreographing, and producing shows around the country from New York City to the Phoenix area.
Meta has seen the transformative power of dance and movement that can change a shy and reserved individual into an expressive, powerful voice. Dance is a language of possibility, a place where the body and spirit could speak and roam freely, regardless of physical and cognitive ability.
Over the years, Meta built a career in dance, choreography, and event production—earning the respect of her peers and the joy of those who witnessed her work. She also created a community where everyone is welcome, cared for, and safe.
In founding the V3 Foundation, Meta is creating the space and a community she once longed for: a safe haven where no one is ever told they can’t dance or reminded of their limitations. A place where people with varying mobility, cognitive challenges, or few financial resources are not only welcomed—but celebrated.
This nonprofit is more than a dance program. It’s a movement for inclusion, expression, and
joy—a place where every body is a dance body and every soul has a rhythm worth sharing. Because when people are given the space to move, they often discover they were never truly limited in the first place.
